FC type Four Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings
FC type belongs to separable bearings. Most of these bearings are small ones. The whole inner ring can be separated from the whole set of bearings. The complete set of bearings is composed of two outer ring assembly and an inner ring (composed of 1 inner ring, 2 outer rings, 4 columns of rollers, 2 cages). It has a high limit speed and interchangeability. The cage is machined brass cage. Such bearings must first be suitable for high-speed (35m/S) rotation. Carrying capacity takes a back seat. Generally, four columns of cylindrical bearings with an internal length of 80mm~260mm are designed for this structure. It is mainly used for working roll parts of cold rolling mill of four, six and twelve.
FCD type Four Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings
FCD type is a separable bearing, Most of these bearings are medium and large ones. The complete set of bearings is composed of two outer ring assemblies and two inner rings (composed of 2 inner rings, 2 outer rings, 4 columns of rollers, 2 cages), with high limit speed and interchangeability. Cages are machined brass or steel cages. This kind of bearing is not only suitable for high speed (35m/S) but also can bear heavy load at the same time. Generally, four row cylindrical bearings with internal length of 260mm~400mm are designed for this structure. It is mainly used for profile finishing mill and roughing, middle rolling and pre-finishing rolling of high speed wire. Including back-up roll, middle roll and work roll of cold rolling non-ferrous and ferrous metal mills below 950.
FCDP type Four Row Cylindrical Roller Bearing
Rolling mill roller diameter bearings are typical of this kind of bearings. The parts can be separated from each other. And the positions can be interchangeable with high precision. It is very convenient to install, disassemble and clean. Therefore, it is suitable for high speed, heavy load and bad working environment of rolling mill.
In order to accommodate the maximum number of rollers and provide the best radial bearing capacity, the cage of four row cylindrical roller bearings with an inner length of more than 400mm is generally designed as a through-pin cage. This cage is composed of two washers of the lateral limiting rollers and a pillar connecting two washers and passing through the center of the roller, namely 2 inner rings, 2 outer rings, 4 rows of rollers. The cage is composed of 1 middle retaining ring, 2 side retaining rings and 4 cages, which are riveted by argon arc welding between the two ends of the final pillar and the gasket. The cage has a high strength. This is very important for bearings bearing frequent impact or bearing great acceleration and deceleration (such as: section steel billet mill, high speed reversible rolling mill).
